Do you sublet?
Yes. We sign a normal tenancy agreement (usually 2-5yrs) and require the landlord's permission to sublet and confirmation that it's permissable within the building's by-laws.
You receive guaranteed rent, while we handle styling, guest management, minor repairs, professional cleaning and compliance.
Will my property be insured and protected?
Yes. We have comprehensive insurance coverage for public liability & contents insurance, which sits alongside your existing building & landlords insurance.
We vett & ID check all guests prior to stay, collect security deposits, and have regular access to monitor and maintain premium property standards and attend to any minor repairs immediately to safeguard and maintain your asset to the highest standard.
Who stays at the property?
Our discerning guests are travelling corporates, medical professionals, conference attendees, relocating/vacationing families and insurance clients - who value calm, quiet respite and connection.
All guests are welcomed with clearly defined house rules. We monitor sound levels & guest occupancy remotely and provide responsive communication to address any guest queries throughout their stay.
Will there be rental income gaps?
